How To Use

  • Step 1

    Turn the device upside down. Holding one end with your feet, with the prongs facing away from you

  • Step 2

    Position the sock correctly and wrap it around the prongs turning the sock inside out. Pull it up till you see the heel of the sock on top.

  • Step 3

    Flip the device over and put your foot in it as far as you can , lean it forward and pull upwards.
